CardWorks requires a license key. If it's a recent installation and you don't have a licensed version of CardWorks installed please call WashGear tech support to schedule a fire-up session. A fire-up session typically takes about 10 minutes and is included with your purchase. Please have the name of your WashGear distributor available when you call.
