Batches failing to settle are most commonly caused by an interruption to your internet service. The first thing you should do is check whether your internet is working. To check if your internet connection is working, open an internet browser and do a search on your favorite search engine. If the search is successful then your internet is working and you should click Settle Batch in the Credit Cards screen to settle the current batch. If you can't get the search page open or your search yields "Page can not be displayed", then your internet is down and you should contact your internet service provider.
