Returns and Repairs
When returning any equipment to WashGear for repair please use the steps listed here to ensure proper handling of your return. Typically repairs will be performed within one business day of the receipt of a returned item.

Once the item has been inspected and repaired WashGear will contact you with total charges. If repair charge is expected to exceed $100.00 you will be contacted for approval before the repair is made. All repair charges must be paid in full before the repaired item will be shipped back to you.
  1. Locate the serial number on the terminal that the part is being removed from. The serial number will start with CM. You will need the serial number for the return form.

  2. Fill out the Return Form. Include the completed form in your shipment to ensure quick processing of your repairs.

  3. Send back via FedEx or UPS.
    Returns shipped by U.S. Mail will not be accepted.

  4. We recommend you fully insure all packages when shipping them back to us as WashGear is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
